Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a crucial role in understanding, analyzing, and documenting requirements to deliver successful projects. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, User Stories, process flows, and wireframes.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes effectively during the project lifecycle.
Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that the developed solutions satisfy the defined requirements.
Conduct in- depth analysis of existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose practical and effective solutions to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams.
Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and methodologies in business analysis.
Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure solutions are built according to specifications and meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g., product owners, development teams, end- users) to gather, analyze, and define detailed business requirements, translating them into clear and concise functional and non- functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among all project participants.
