Middle/Senior Business Analyst (UI/UX - up to $3000)

Job Description
Domain: Financial Service, Crypto network, EC platform, AI avatar, Game, Decentralize
Tech- stack: Aws, Jenkins, GitLab, java, NodeJS, micro service, centralized wallet, docker, Reacts, vue.js

Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Third- party supplier, …);
Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas/solutions to clients.
Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.
Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs/issues.
Work closely with the development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date…)
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements.
Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.
Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype…

Key requirements for this position include:

Good sense of UI/UX: You should have a good sense of UI/UX principles and be able to provide guidance to our design team to ensure that their work reflects these principles.
Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
Mockup creation: You should have experience in creating mockups that accurately reflect our clients&039; needs and preferences. You should also be able to iterate quickly on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Proficiency in English communication skills
Excellent research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports.
Quick business mindset: You should be able to think on your feet and make strategic decisions quickly.
Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology, Economics and Business
At least 3 year of experience in product development as a Business Analyst or PO

Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week); Breaking time: 12:00- 13:00
