Involve in Functional and Non- functional testing, performance testing, etc
Contribute to the full circle of development to successfully deliver output.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices (for Middle/Senior level).
Collaborate with BA, developers, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and support issue investigation
Prepare and review test documentation, including test plans and results.
Handle other testing- relevant tasks assigned by the leader.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, Automation QC also needs to:

Participate in code/test reviews, manage issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain test cases/scripts for Web/Mobile applications.
Leverage programming skills to build and enhance testing frameworks.

Key Ingredients for Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields

Must have:

Hands- on experience in Manual/Automation software testing for Web/Mobile Applications/Devices:
3- 6 years of experience: Middle level
6+ years of experience: Senior level
Proven experience in large- scale software project testing is a plus
Hands- on experience in writing test plans/test cases/test scripts
High competence in end- user mindset, problem- solving and stakeholder management
Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory

For Automation QC:

Solid programming skills and knowledge of data structures, proficient in any coding languages (Java/JavaScript) and Automation testing frameworks (such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/Playwright/Robot)
Familiar with at least one database in MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle, and capable of writing and executing SQL scripts
Well- versed in standard testing methodologies and tools, such as Postman and Charles
