Mobile Device Management Engineer - MDM

Are you passionate about mobile device management, endpoint security, and providing seamless IT solutions? As an MDM Engineer, you’ll join our expert team responsible for setting up and maintaining our Microsoft Intune MDM platform according to client policies. Your role will not only focus on managing devices but also include supporting end- user computing, assisting with migrations, and ensuring endpoint security across all environments.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys collaborating with various teams, and has hands- on experience with endpoint security tools like ESET or Bitdefender alongside Google Workspace and Microsoft Intune. Setting up and managing the Microsoft Intune MDM platform in alignment with client policies and industry best practices
Managing endpoint security tools such as ESET or Bitdefender, ensuring devices are protected from threats and vulnerabilities
Working directly with clients and internal teams to meet their device management, security, and compliance requirements, while delivering an exceptional user experience
Providing technical support for end- user computing, ensuring all devices and systems are functioning optimally
Assisting in migrations of systems, applications, and user environments to ensure smooth transitions for clients
Supporting and assisting with Google Workspace administration and related MDM configurations

Requirements

Experience with macOS and Windows OS
Hands- on experience with Microsoft Intune for MDM setup and management
Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong familiarity with Google Workspace administration
Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (e.g., ESET, Bitdefender) and how to implement them across multiple devices
Involvement in device migration projects in a corporate environment
Experience with end- user computing solutions and providing desktop support

Familiarity with Linux
Exposure to endpoint security incident response and mitigation processes
Experience with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies

High degree of responsibility and autonomy
Excellent communication- skills to translate requirements and technicalities
Be assertive, knowledgeable and trustworthy

Office hours: 9:00 AM 🡪 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM 🡪 06:00 PM, off on Saturday and Sunday. Annual holidays leave will be following Vietnam law and as company regulations.
