Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling as Everfit grows.
Coach engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance development.

Build, mentor, and retain a high- performing mobile engineering team.

Delivery & Execution

Translate product goals into clear delivery plans, milestones, and priorities.
Own delivery for mobile initiatives, ensuring predictable execution, quality, and timeliness.
Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, stand- ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
Proactively surface and manage risks, dependencies, and trade- offs.

Technical Direction

Partner with engineers to identify and reduce technical debt aligned with product priorities.
Guide technical discussions and design decisions without needing to code daily.
Ensure strong engineering standards, effective code review practices, and maintainable systems.
Provide technical leadership in mobile architecture, performance, stability, and release quality.
Ensure healthy mobile CI/CD and release processes.

Cross- functional Collaboration

Communicate progress, challenges, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business goals and engineering execution.
Partner closely with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and Data teams to deliver meaningful user outcomes.

Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, performance management, and team development.
Experience driving delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication skills in English, able to work effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Proven experience as a Mobile Engineering Manager.
Ability to make and guide technical decisions without being the primary implementer.
Comfortable working with project management tools such as JIRA and improving team workflows.
High ownership mindset, calm under pressure, and effective in ambiguous, fast- moving environments.
Solid understanding of mobile engineering fundamentals (iOS/Android), including architecture, performance, testing, and release management.
Nice to have:
Experience scaling mobile teams or products in a high- growth startup.
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Fastlane, etc.).
Understanding of backend integrations, APIs, analytics, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS).
Passion for modern mobile practices and continuous learning.
