Mission
We are looking for top- notch Software Development Engineers who will deliver on key
initiatives, starting from the ideation phase all the way through requirement definition,
analysis, technical specifications, development, and product delivery. Analyze specifications

and business needs to determine appropriate technologies and configurations to meet those

In a Nutshell you will
● Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high- quality software as well as value to
end customers as early as possible.
● Work in collaborative, value- driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for
ur clients.
● Efficiently utilize DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software.
● Create distributed systems out of microservices.
● Write and review technical design documentation.
● Architect and design services/systems using design patterns that allow for iterative
delivery and future scaling.
● Improve code and architecture by regularly planning technical work with the team.
● Keep reliability, maintainability and scalability of our systems top of mind.
● Regularly lead and deliver features that improve business outcomes at product
surface level
● Act as a mentor for less- experienced peers through both your technical knowledge
and leadership skills

● Understanding of web technologies like Javascript, HTML, CSS.
● Experience in designing and building APIs for services.
● Experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
● 5+ years of experience working as a Software Development Engineer
● Experience in building and deploying end to end applications from scratch.
● Experiences in writing unit, integration and end to end tests.
● Experience in working on cloud providers like AWS is a strong plus.
● Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
● Have experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
● Experience in either React.js or Vue.js is good to have.
● Have practical knowledge of OOPs concepts and SOLID principles.
● Database design skills with understanding of handling sensitive customer data
● Experience in Ruby/Rails Development ecosystem
