* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University- Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.

Core Responsibilities
Providing training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Developing, optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimise waste and increase efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
Monitoring and analysing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.
Collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
Do you have what it takes?
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
At least2- 3 years&039; experience in plastic company as similar position.
Problem- solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
Deep knowledge in injection molding operations, injection parameters, and plastic experimentation; experience in mold making is a plus.
Degree in engineering mechanical is a plus.
Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
