* JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As a Native English Teacher for Kids, you will:
· Collaborate with the Academic Manager and other teachers to improve teaching materials and classroom experience.
· Participate in teacher training, workshops, and development programs provided by WISE ENGLISH.
· Use engaging visuals, songs, games, and activities to maintain children&039;s attention and interest.
· Assess and track student progress through in- class activities and teacher observations.
· Apply teaching techniques based on NLP and Linguistics to make learning faster, easier, and more effective for kids.
· Assist in special events, English clubs, or seasonal activities organized for young learners.
· Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to the academic team and Vietnamese co- teachers.
· Prepare and deliver fun, interactive, and age- appropriate English lessons for children aged 4–12 using the WISE curriculum.
· Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where kids feel safe, motivated, and confident to speak English.
* JOB REQUIREMENTS
Passionate about early childhood education and language development
Able to teach on weekends and/or weekday evenings
Friendly, patient, energetic, and creative
Native English speaker
Committed to working for at least 6 months and completing assigned courses (2.5 months per course)
At least 6 month of experience teaching young learners (4–12 years old)
Willing to follow WISE’s curriculum and methodology after training
