Optimizing and maintaining network security protocols, such as secure socket layer (SSL), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and virtual private networks (VPNs), to ensure data is protected.
Troubleshooting issues with an organization’s Wireless (WAN) or local area network (LAN), and other network segments
Collaborating with network architects to build and maintain servers and optimize network performance.
Performing routine network audits to avoid the potential risks of security or server performance
Handle other duties assigned by IT Manager or Upper Management
Planning and executing hardware and software upgrades.
Training staff in using software and hardware.
Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, wireless, hardware, software, camera, and network security tools
Set up the server and network system for factory and offices.

Able to work with Microsoft business management, MDM software;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in installing, set up, and helpdesk especially for IC Design Company (Integrated circuit design or software company).
Having acknowledged on SQL database is a plus.
Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
Certifications: CCNA (will be advantage)
Good experience in VMware ESXi, Cisco devices, Firewall, Windows Server, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Trend Micro and File sharing, Linux System: CentOS, RHEL, OpenSUSE, Esxi, Proxmox, Slurm, ...EDA tools, CAD tools deployment on server.
Willingness to work outside normal business hours.
Ability to learn new IT technology; self- study, research for solution is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field..
Good interpersonal, communication and problem- solving skills.
