System And Data Engineer

• Provide guidance and expertise to develop analytical methods and design tools
• Contributes and maintain department Wiki, and documents work.
• Champion continuous improvement activities using six- sigma and other statistical problem- solving methods
• Collaborate with IT/MES team in Standard Logic implementation.

• Develop and support data pipeline to gather, analyze and visualize metrics related to production indicators and workflows.
• Perform data collection relating to daily equipment performance and associated product performance
• Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non- functional and functional business requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers
• Develop business intelligence dashboards with inputs from the global team to fulfill the requirements of Global Organization and drive for Global Alignment.
• Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re- designing data modeling for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
• Collaborate with Data Science team to align on global solution on data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and transparency.
• Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects
• Lead end- to- end data engineering projects – from problem and requirements definition to model deployment and validation.
• Identify new data requirements and areas of improvement in the existing data structure.
• Collaborate with the global team to design data integrations and data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and data cleanliness at all times.
• Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assists in the resolution of data issues.
• Use business intelligence and programming tools to provide periodic reports, analysis and highlight findings to support strategic decision making.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior engineers and Technicians
• Works with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards
• Develop and provide training to other engineers, engineering technicians, and production associates

• Ability to build and optimize data sets, data pipelines, and data storage solutions either on- premises or cloud environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying Robust Engineering principles to develop and implement processes.
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve goals
• Experience in end- to- end data analytics ecosystems has added advantage.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in an Engineering discipline or Physical Science Field or the equivalent. Preferably: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge in General Electronics
• Knowledge in General Mechanical Systems
• Work cooperatively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Demonstrated Proficiency in writing complete manufacturing documentation.
• Demonstrated Proficiency in applying Statistical Process Control.
• Demonstrated Proficiency in Statistical Data Analysis
• Strong analytical skills and problem- solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Skilled in data modeling, including relational and dimensional modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of programming language (e.g. Python, Java, etc.)
• Master in defining and developing robust ETL pipelines and data orchestration solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or SQL.
• Project lead in problem- solving / continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements to data solutions independently.
