[Nha Trang] IT Support/ IT Helpdesk

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Support to join our IT Team in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end- users for hardware, software, and systems- related issues. The IT Support will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company&039;s IT infrastructure.

Fresh graduate or 1- 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Hold a CCNA or MCSA certification is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Monitor and maintain records of all hardware items, such as computers, servers, routers, switches, tools, and other equipment.
Generate sign ins for new hires during onboarding process.
Resolve IT support requests from employees.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Log all service requests and update tickets as needed.
Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems.
Update employees on the status of their service requests.
Ensure the proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other office equipment by regular maintenance.
Update IT reports, labeling and manage IT assets.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to ensure the efficient operations of computer systems.
