KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate the warranty status, and propose handling instructions for warranty products.
Replace device components, and prepare sample items for measurement and testing.
Check the product, and process it within the allowed time.
Propose a process for handling and improving the efficiency of your work.
Track and update the status of Warranty items.
Receive, record the status and process warranty products from distributors and end users.
Check the device when receiving a support request from other departments.
Perform technical tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Notify the warranty result to the distributor or end user.
Report weekly/monthly warranty statistics to the direct manager.

Good time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or Information Technology.
Honest, responsible for work.
Proficiency in using office computer software.
Careful, can work under high pressure.
Ability to repair circuit boards and replace electronic components.
At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position.
Basic English communication
