Prepares, cooks, serves and stores a selection of the following Regional Cuisines relevant to the business needs and requirements listed below but not limited to,
Western Dishes
Asian Regional Dishes
Buffet Food
 Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
 Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
 Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
 Cleans and re- sets his/her working area
 Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
 Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Vietnamese Regional Dishes
Chinese and Korean Regional Dishes
 Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
 Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
 Follows the hotel and departmental regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:
 Reads the hotel&039;s Employee Handbook and has an understanding of and adheres to the hotel&039;s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

Health and Safety

- Required Skills

Ability to read and write English
Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Experience – 1 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Qualifications: • Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
