Take part in our ambitious retail project launching in Vietnam.
Working with third parties to support the user (Carrier, Sports Club,...).
Support customers about orders & products on the Decathlon Online channel (Fanpage, website, Email, Hotline, Marketplace).
Create a “WOW” experience for all our user on all channels.
Take responsibility in user relationship management.

You are ready to work during the weekend (5 days per week) and take another day off instead.
You are passionate about sports; regularly practice at least one sport.
You have a high sense of customer service and are willing to try new, different ways of engaging and serving customers.
You are good at communication, confident, and can speak English.
You are concrete and punctual, with an on- the- field, organized mindset.
You have a digital mindset with ease of working with data and you are process oriented.
You dare to take risks, you play to win and you are able to take responsibility for your role.
