- Received pre- alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.
- Check and track telex releases from carriers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
- Correspondence with other sections and finish other tasks as assigned by leader.
- Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/oversea agents, handle internal data entry
Yêu cầu công việc
• College or bachelor’s degree in economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
• From 2 year’ experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Import
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Fluent in English is advantage, Microsoft office.
• Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
• High responsibility, flexibility, hard- working, and willing to learn more.
