Nhân Viên Digital Performance Marketing

- Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment.
- Demonstrate ability to work at the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth via paid and owned channels) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems).
- Be owner of growth planning for WikiFX Social Official channel​s (followers, engagement...)
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of a mobile app.
- Work with content and design team to plan and ability to make things happen quickly with teams.
- Planning, development and execution of digital campaigns, including online advertising, website, mobile apps, social media.
- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis daily/weekly and take relevant action on insights gained
- And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- At least 2 years of experience in scale of digital marketing projects within the high- tech, fintech industry
- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of financial industry and product development (Stock, Crypto, FX)
