Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Regularly review product quality and report to restaurant manager
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Working under restaurant manager instruction
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

Proven work experience with management level in hospitality
Leadership, motivational and people skills
Proven customer service experience
Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge is a plus
