Nhân Viên Hải Quan (Customs Broker)

Make reports related to the work.
Do animal and plant quarantine, inspection, quality control, apply for C/O ...
Advise managers, customers, agents on issues related to customs/transportation procedures
Find vendors, control input costs
Receive import- export documents from agents and customers.
Check goods information, related import- export procedures
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager
Monitor the work implementation process, handle arising issues and report progress and results to management and related functional departments;
Update circulars and decrees related to import and export procedures.
Visit customer with sales (if need)
Declare electronic customs on Ecuss/Vnaccs software for all types of import- export.
Work with vendors to arrange means of delivery of goods

Proficient in English, knowing Japanese is an advantage
Honest and humble person
Proficient in using Office software (especially Excel, Word)
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics companies
Proficiency in customs declaration and declaration software.
Graduated from universities and colleges majoring in economics, commerce, foreign trade, maritime...
Negotiation skills, report skills. Seeking new customers continuously.
Able to work independently, hard- working, diligent and able to withstand work pressure
Understanding of import and export customs procedures
In addition to basic knowledge of customs clearance, knowledge and experience required to obtain various import/export licenses such as food, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, etc...

Income: Negotiable
Working hours:
Probation: 02 months (85% gross salary)
Saturday (Work from home) : 08:30- 12:00
Sunday and holiday: Off
From Monday to Friday. Morning: 08:30- 12:00, Afternoon 13:00- 17:30.
Pay social insurance after the probationary period.
