Pettycash:
- Managing entire cash, finally inspectionthe legally and reassonableness of the voucher before spend money
- Perform daily cash payment under the payment process of the company,carry out inventory of fund daily
- Submit cashbook report in the end of the month
- Ensure cash balance to serve to business operations as well as timely report to Chief Accountant
HPG payment:
- Submit to Head office on time
- Follow up HPG payment,
- Collecting and checking invoice, receipt, supporting documents
HPG inventory:
- Follow HP inventory report
- Going to the workshop physical count inventory end of month
- Submit inventory report on time
General task:
- Closing book in the end of month for HPG book
- Submit VAT declaration on time.
Admin:
- Check,control timesheet at Misa app and make payroll, sending payroll report to HR
- Follow and renew the labour contract
- Follow the task that related to Social insurance

- Knowing English is an advantage (verbal and written communication skills)
- 1+ years’ worked in accounting or similar roles
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office- Word,Excel and Outlook)
- Graduated university degree /college in one of subjects: Finance,Accounting,Credit or equivalent.
