Nhân Viên HRBP

- To ensure the smooth running of all recruitment tasks of Human Resources department in an organization;
- To be HR Manager&039;s supporter of the company&039;s activity preparation and implementation.
- To develop and implement integration training programs for new employees;

Recruitment (90%)
- Prepare recruitment and headcount reports on monthly, quarter basis or as assigned;
- Design new employees&039; experience journey plan;
- Recruit assigned positions from departments&039; requests within the company as required and propose process improvements (if any);
- Develop talent pool for mass recruitment;
- Build mechanisms and policies for talent development;
- Other tasks as occurred and assigned by HR Manager and Board of Directors;
- Implement the process of welcoming new employees according to company regulations;
- Develop and implement the employer branding plan;
HRBP (10%)
- Build and organize workshops to upgrade store management and attract candidates;
- Promote company’s policies, programs, procedures, and values;
- Maintain the healthy working environment as per the company&039;s core values;
- Receive and check onboarding documents and new employees&039; profiles;
- Offer programs to improve activities to attract and nurture internal talents including supporting employee engagement activities;
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
- Check and advise departments on recruitment requirements in accordance with the actual situation, plans and budget;
