Title: Internal accountant
Working hour: Flexible working hour.
Location: 04 restaurants located in Tay Ho district, Hanoi.
Task:
To support financial director, financial manager and the tax accounting team on the below tasks:

To daily record the cash- on- hand accounting figures of the restaurants in the internal reporting system on week days.
Other tasks discussed and agreed in writing.
To calculate and reconcile monthly payable and prepare the transfer supporting information.
To collect cash from the Restaurants and deposit collected cash to company’s bank accounts on the same day of collection.
To support the tax accounting team in tasks relating to the company’s tax report.
To weekly collect expense bills/ invoices paid on monthly basis from the Restaurant’s staff and record the them into the internal reporting system.
To daily issue sales VAT invoices at the end of day.

NOTE: CV- in- English is preferable.
Experience: 2- 3 years of experience as an accountant.
Equipment: computer or laptop
Language: Fluent spoken and written English.
Others: Working well with Excel and other supporting software.

Insurance and holiday: As per the law regulations or any other agreements between you and the company.
Working hour and location: Flexible- You can remotely work from distance if the task is not related to hard copy document or the task does not require you to physically at the restaurants.
Salary and bonus: Negotiable- This depends on your experience and performance.
Working skills: Being trained on various working skills (English, analysis, presentation, communication, team work, etc) for future career improvement.
