Conduct market research to understand international market demand for the company&039;s products: CaCO3 stone powder, plastic fillers, PVC compounds, quartz stone, engineered stone, etc.
Seek new customers, promote products, and reach customers on the company&039;s existing platforms: website, social networks, trade fairs, etc.
Compile and report on sales volume, revenue, receivables, samples, etc., according to the sales process.
Perform other related tasks within the scope of expertise as required by superiors.
Manage customer receivables, monitor, and expedite customer payments.
Order implementation: send complete information to Sales Admin, update shipment- related information, and coordinate the sending of documents to customers.
Execute sales to customers, provide quotations, negotiate, close orders, and compile order documents for submission to the factory for order placement.
Propose the development of new product codes and new materials to enhance competitiveness according to market demand.
Research the products that the factory is producing and their end- use applications.
Provide customer care and handle customer complaints, provide airport pick- up and drop- off, and factory tours when customers visit.

Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience in an Export Sales Staff position. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in companies exporting similar products.
Fluent in English.
Basic knowledge of International Business.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Sales skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Trade Economics, etc.
Good analytical and market information grasping skills.
