Mô tả công việc

Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors
- Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and set up meetings with potential clients.
Account Management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product offerings and sales tactics

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and attract potential clients.
- Maintain in- depth knowledge of the brand’s product lines and effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for the B2B market.
Sales Forecasting and Planning
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in preparing accurate sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.
Logistics and Order Fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- Manage any logistics- related issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all orders are processed and delivered to clients on time, meeting their specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Share market insights and feedback with the team to support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all B2B activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluently in English and Chinese
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
