Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh /Sales Executive - Lương Lên Đến 20 Triệu

- Research and analyze the market on a quarterly basis. Maintain and analyze daily customer data, making monthly recommendations for improvements to management.
- Provide professional customer consultation services.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by consulting and selling membership packages to new customers, customers who have temporarily paused their memberships; referrals, company marketing activities, and self- generated leads.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and expand a new customer base and sales opportunities within the assigned region.
- Respond to and assist with customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through various online channels (hotline, social media, online registration).
Customer Service
- Create a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Take ownership of providing an excellent customer experience by building long- term relationships with each customer and Hustle member.
Support front desk and administrative tasks.
- Work morning or evening shifts 1- 3 days a week, with the ability to work weekends and holidays to support events.
- Register new customer information and handle customer payments.

- Proactive and goal- oriented, with a focus on measurable results.
- 1- 2 year experience with a clear career direction is preferred.
- Interest in the healthcare and physical fitness field.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong English communication skills.
