Observing hotel rules and regulations.
Endeavoring to show goodwill and good responsibility over working and creating good atmosphere with fellow workers.
Directly reporting and discussing to Assistant Chief Engineer / Supervisors regarding any problems to air cons, ventilation system, chiller system or refrigeration equipment/ ice machines in the building. Generally, Air con technician’s responsibilities are including the tasks as follows:
- Ensuring all work order requests on air con/ refrigeration field is completely taking care (for shift works).
- Observing all safety rules in work.
- Taking the responsibility of maintaining and repairing all out of order air cons/ ventilation units, chiller system and refrigeration equipment/ ice machines of the hotel.
- Notifying his immediate supervisor of any problems happen to material/ tools/ machinery use.
- Daily operating, maintaining and fixing the chiller system as well as ventilation/ air con system/ refrigeration equipment and ice machines in the building. Solving daily work order requests on air- con/ refrigeration field is also part of their responsibility.
- Assisting his fellow workers if necessary and possible.
- Taking good care of all tools /materials/ machines using for work
- Keeping his working places clean and tidy
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

Certificate/ Diploma or higher education qualification / equivalent in engineering or related field, and two to four years of experience in a hospitality industry.
Other:
 May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
 Communication skills are utilised a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
