- Manage fixture, equipment, machine to store run smoothly.
- Ensure that the admin report is completed timely.
- Be responsible for repairing, maintaining & improving machine, oven, tools & equipment
- Manage cost as company rule.
- Identify sources of complications by observing mechanical devices while in operation and tune in for issues by utilizing accuracy and inspection instruments
Other tasks- Opening & closing Store.- Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations.- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Division Leader and Store Manager.- Support other departments as necessary.
Safety management- Check gas, electricity, fire protection equipment,- Check all electrical equipment to ensure safety.- Train staff on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.- Maintenance a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations- Follows and guide to staff follow manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams, to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities- Document processes and maintain mechanical guidline
Cost and equipment management- Manage material, equipment cost.- Find the cause if there is a cost related problem. Use reasonable costs.- Manage third party: maintenance, machine, …- Collect all Purchase Request (working tools, machine, equipment) and make monthly report.- Ensure safe facilities for customers and employees.
Technical management- Repare, maintain & improve machine, oven, tools& equipment, electric- Support to Admin checking model & ordering the machine, oven, tools& equipment- Plan and implement tool& equipment facilizing for store- Guide & train to use safety machine, oven, electric, tool& equipment to store staff
Back yard management- Check and ensure warehousing aisles to ensure fire protection standards.- Remind departments to clean goods regularly.- Recheck daily check list: cleaning, facilities at Back yard, selling floor, Fire protection internally.
