• Led on- site project delivery, providing customers with AGV on- site implementation and technical support services.
• Monitored, reported, and coordinated the resolution of on- site product and technical issues, promptly resolving customers&039; technical problems and identifying and managing project risks.
• Collaborated with regional sales teams, responsible for pre- sale functional demonstrations, technical communication, competitive analysis, and handling installation, testing, and abnormal issues during/after product sales.
• Provided training and support to customers on technical parameters, product performance, and operations according to their needs.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (HSK 2- HSK 3)
• Bachelor&039;s degree in automation, electrical and electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in operating AGVs or other automation systems.
