Provide information and assistance to all guests- Provide stationery and office small tools accurately and timely
Work with suppliers, hotels, travel agents, car leasing companies, stationery suppliers, clean services providers, post services providers, office equipment suppliers etc… to ensure the best corporate rates for the Company.
Other tasks assigned by the HRA Manager
Be responsible for welcoming and making a good first impression on guests
Answering and transferring all incoming calls- Handle all emails, messages, and other special requests from guests
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques

Must have:

Gender: Female
Good- looking, social, trustful, enthusiastic, responsibility
Fresh Graduates would be considered (Training is provided)
Height: ≥ 1.62 meter
Good at spoken, written, and communicative skills in English
Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

It’s nice if you have:

Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Good organizational and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
