Assist in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
Process guest check- outs.
Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
Know the activities and services of the property.
Know room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
Perform other duties as requested by FO Sup/ FOM.

Willingness to work flexible hours.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Fluent in English, knowledge of other language an advantage.
College or University Graduate; Preferably Degree in Foreign Language/ Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Computer Literate.
Good Communication Skills.
Passion for Customer Service.
At least 1yr. experience in the same capacity or exposure in the same Customer Service Industry.
