Mô tả công việc
– Adhere to financial policies for credit and cash transactions; understand room rates, locations, types, and services offered.
– Oversee guest check- ins and check- outs, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction; employ suggestive selling for room upgrades and villas services.
– Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates and maintenance needs; handle reservations and understand cancellation policies.
– Perform front desk operations, including handling guest accounts, safe deposit boxes, front office equipment, and maintaining cleanliness of the area.
– Manage guest registration, room assignments, and accommodate special requests; assist with pre- registration and room blocking as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
– Proficient in English
– Professional grooming and communication manner
– Skilled in office computer applications
– College or university degree in Tourism or related field
– Preference for candidates with a professional receptionist qualification.
– Agile, with good communication and problem- solving skills, and ready to work in shifts (including night shift)
