- Making a letter of introduction and prepare onboard procedures
- Post job requirements on various job boards and social media networks, shortlist and interview candidates
- Negotiable salary, conduct reference, offer letter
- Support Senior HR Manager in senior recruiting positions: search for candidates, make interview appointments, referenceg information (if any),...
- Report manpower changes and turnover rate monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Create and follow recruitment plan annual
* Learning and Development
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Assist departments for internal training courses (traning skills and programs)
- Organize training courses annually as per law
- Design orientation program
- Design training programs and become a Trainer for soft skill courses for employess
- Organize external training courses and evaluate result of training programs
- Create and follow training plan annually: training programs, training budget
- Collaborate with managers to organize internal training

- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related field is required
- Certificate: MS Office, English
- Skill: Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors;Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional Integrity,excellent organizational, project and time management Skills, Excellent presentation, training and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 3+ years&039; experience position or other relevant position
