Nhân Viên Overseas (Sea & Air) - Yêu Cầu Tốt Tiếng Anh (Ưu Tiên Tiếng Hàn)

Follow up all current contracts precisely, systematically and specifically. Then report to direct managers all relevant information accordingly.
Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
Submit docs to carriers/coloaders on time. Issue BL/AWB/Debit/Credit Note in system.Take care correct document for each sea and air shipments.
Support overseas sales for pricing, handle other tasks assigned by Team leader.
Communicate and keep close contact with customers, domestic and international suppliers via email, phone, and other tools via smartphone.
Follow air & sea export shipment, contact to carriers/coloaders/airlinesto get booking confirmation, send booking confirmation to related parties.
Input data to system, keep track of shipping plan with overseas agents/foreign suppliers to ensure the shipment delivery on time, check vessel’s schedule and related documents to complete shipments smoothly.
Arrange shipments under manager’s assignment, coordinate with overseas sales/sales department to handle.

Female, under 30 years old, can speak English (Korean is preferred)MIN 2 years of experience in Customer Service/OP staff (especially both sea and air export and import) in Freight Forwarding Industry, able to solve trouble and proactive at work.
Sales- mind oriented.
Experience to work and handle shipments of overseas agents will be preferred.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
