Nhân Viên Pha Chế (Barista Staff) - Đi Làm Ngay

% Arabica is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our wonderful group of hardworking, creative, and fun baristas. Our Baristas provide customers with freshly made drinks and bakery goods in a fast- paced environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
- Report to the shift manager in charge of the daily work situation
- Conduct and execute excellent time management skills with high responsibility
- Collect payment and serve customers
- Performing other duties as requested
- Clean, arrange tables and supplies as needed
- Have a spectacular and infectious love for the cafe’s coffee, explanation of the beans, taste, and quality to customers
- Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week
- Perform latte art skills with great care on all coffee products
- Daily communication with team and customers
- Prepare and serve all types of offered drinks according to correct recipe guidelines
- Prepare, bake, and assist selling bakery items

Training and a probation period will be (2) months depending on experience level.
