Analyze business flow and user requirement
Prepare training material, UAT plan for team members, end user
Support development team to communicate with the end user regarding implementation QA/Issue
Support end user after launching software products
Conduct requirement in requirement gathering workshop
Communicate with end user, department to clarify business and support if there is any change requirements from end user
Document the client’s business requirements in detail
Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation
Execute the UAT to ensure functionalities works as expected
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents
Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training...
Plan for requirement phase at the beginning of the project

Knowledge, skills and experience

Ability to write the SRS documentation releating to High Level Requirement, Use Cases, Screen Description, workflow, diagram.
Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine the best solutions.
Ability to use any UI/ UX design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, and so on.
At least 2 years of experience in the BA role.
Work experience in deployment and operation role is a plus.
