Performs other job related duties when needed.
Keeps up to date with all the casino and hotels events.
Liaise with other departments to ensure all guests have a pleasant visit.
Assists slot supervisors and shift managers when required.
Verifies all payouts and assists in the process of payments within permitted limitations.
Observe all activities in assigned area, offer assistance to guests when needed, advise slot guests on how to play machines, pay tables and any general questions on the casino, provides the highest quality of service to our guests

Graduated Vocational School or above.
Good communication and customer service skills.
English communication is an advantage.
Able to work any shift and Public Holiday.
Professional appearance.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences.
