• Performs other job related duties when needed.
• Assists slot supervisors and shift managers when required.
• Observe all activities in assigned area, offer assistance to guests when needed, advise slot guests on how to play machines, pay tables and any general questions on the casino, provides the highest quality of service to our guests
• Liaise with other departments to ensure all guests have a pleasant visit.
• Verifies all payouts and assists in the process of payments within permitted limitations.
• Keeps up to date with all the casino and hotels events.

Vocational Degree or above.
Professional appearance.
English communication. Chinese/Korean speaking is an advantage.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences.
Able to work any shift and Public Holiday.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
