Mô tả công việc

Brand Ambassador
- Represent Pasteur Street Craft Beer at industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build valuable relationships.
- You will be required to undertake a fast- track training program to enhance your knowledge and expertise of craft beer (beer process, ingredients used etc) in Vietnam and become an expert in the products and history of Pasteur Street craft beer company (a comprehensive training and induction course will be provided by the CEO)
- Engage with industry professionals, potential partners, and customers to promote our craft beer offerings and generate interest in our products.
Partnership Development:
- Collaborate with existing partners to drive consumers to visit our taprooms, while also proactively seeking new opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
- Find, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers across targeted companies.
Business Strategy:
- Identify growth opportunities and create action plans to achieve consumer sales targets across our portfolio of taprooms.
Sales and Performance Tracking & Report:
- Monitor sales performance, market share, and revenue growth regularly. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data- driven decisions.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Weekly & monthly report on performance.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Meeting monthly activity target.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Market Analysis:
- Utilize data- driven insights to make recommendations to marketing manager.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.
Brand Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional activities, events, and campaigns that showcase the unique value of our craft beer products

Yêu cầu công việc

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing within the F&B industry, preferably with a focus on craft beer or beverages.
-Strong understanding of the craft beer market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships with other company decision-makers.
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
-Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-A background in sales and marketing is strongly desirable.


OTHER EXPECTATIONS
-Previous experience working in a multi-national company is preferred.
-Flexibility for hours and travel to attend networking events and industry gatherings.

13rd Month Salary: According to Labor Code and Company Policy
Insurances: Compulsory Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance are in accordance with the applicable law of Vietnam. Beside this, you will be covered by the Health Care Insurance paid by the Company.
Public Holidays: You will be entitled to 10 days of Public Holidays fully paid in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam.
Transportation and Travelling Fees: In accordance with the policy of the Company.
Company Trip: In accordance with the policy of the Company.
Annual Leave: You will be entitled to 12 days of Annual Leave during one full year of employment.
