The Pattern Maker is responsible for independently creating precise patterns that bring brand&039;s designs to life. This role is central to the development of our collections, ensuring every garment meets our high standards for quality, fit, and style. The Pattern Maker works closely with the design team to transform design concepts into production- ready patterns, making necessary adjustments through sample creation and fitting.
Key Responsibilities
Position Overview

Pattern Development
Modify patterns after fittings to achieve the final approved fit and look for each garment.
Independently produce samples and prototypes to evaluate design concepts and pattern accuracy.
Sample Production
Conduct initial fittings to assess garment construction, fit, and overall appearance.
Translate design sketches and specifications into detailed, accurate patterns ready for production.
Make adjustments to patterns as needed based on design changes and fitting feedback.
Ensure that patterns meet the intended fit, shape, and fabric specifications provided by the design team.
Quality Control
Review patterns thoroughly to ensure they meet brand’s standards of quality, consistency, and functionality.
Collaborate with production to resolve any fit, fabric, or sewing challenges that arise during sample creation.
Monitor garment construction processes to ensure patterns align with production requirements and design intent.
Documentation & Organization
Create detailed tech packs for each garment, including specifications for stitching, measurements, fabric type, trims, and construction details.
Document pattern changes, adjustments, and construction notes for consistent production standards.
Maintain an organized archive of all patterns, templates, and technical notes for future reference.
Assist in grading patterns to accommodate various sizes as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion industry, with a solid understanding of apparel production.
Strong technical skills in pattern drafting, garment construction, and knowledge of fabric properties.
Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in pattern- making details.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with design and production teams.
Proficiency in CAD software for pattern making (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of fit standards, fabric characteristics, and draping techniques.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, ranging from 14 to 18 millions per month.

Working hour are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
