JOB DESCRIPTION:
Brainstorm and produce engaging, creative videos for TikTok and other social media platforms like Facebook.
Support other internal communication initiatives as needed.
Analyze data to optimize the performance of all communication channels.
Create content about our company culture, work environment, and employee life for social platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
Stay updated to current trends to create viral content that builds and strengthens brand identity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A proactive, energetic, and eager- to- learn individual who thrives in a fast- paced, youthful environment.
Proven experience operating or developing TikTok and/or other social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn,... Having managed a personal channel is a significant plus.
Basic video shooting and editing skills. Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects is a strong advantage.
Highly creative and quick to adapt to new trends, with the ability to turn concepts into captivating video content.
Strong ability to write diverse, engaging, and viral- ready content.
