About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of Uhomes’ expansion, driving sales through expert consultation and relationship building. Your role will be essential in converting prospects into successful bookings, with a focus on achieving targeted leasing numbers and becoming a region expert.
• Number of openings: 02
• Basic salary from 10 million VND + Sales bonus (2 month probation period with 100% of fixed salary)
• Working time: 8:00- 17:00, Mon – Friday
• Location: eSpace Co- working, 1 Dinh Le Street, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
• Convert accommodation booking through effective client interactions and strategic marketing programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and drive business growth.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to market analysis, identifying trends to build successful sales strategies.
• Engage with clients to provide consultations and develop tailored housing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Be the go- to expert for your designated region, understanding the local market and student housing needs.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• High adaptability, able to pivot quickly from strategic planning to immediate action responses.
• Study abroad experience is preferred
• Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of challenges.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Strong work ethics, reliable team member.
