About the job Recruiter Working Location: Thanh Khe, Danang
Job Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter, reporting to the Recruitment Lead and HR Manager. You will take responsibility for the full life cycle of recruitment activities in our company, and work with our stakeholders to maintain and develop a good talent pipeline for our recruitment needs.
Joining us, you will have a chance to explore your potential by recruiting for various positions from junior to senior level and expanding your network by recruiting globally. The main activities can be listed as below:
– Responsible for end- to- end recruitment process from working with different hiring managers to define the needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening for talents from the market, shortlisting, interviewing to candidate offer management, doing pre- onboarding and following new staffs in their probation;
– Do research on the market and competitors, recommend attractive compensation packages and effective recruitment channels to attract the best and brightest talents for Gear Inc.;
– Coordinate or/and join in indoor or outdoor recruitment events (job fairs, seminars, university relations, networking) to promote employer branding and talent acquisition;
– Perform other HR duties as needed including special projects as assigned.
– Work closely with the team in identifying and analyzing all key recruiting metrics, and issues and proposing appropriate solutions that meet business needs;
– Handle business hiring requests through geography;
– Submit daily and/or weekly recruitment reports as required;
Who you are
– Our Recruiter is expected to have the following qualifications:
– Proficient in English (Written and Verbal);
– Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
– Experienced in using technology, sourcing tools, social media recruitment, interviewing, offer management, and candidate care;
– Strong customer mindset, strong critical thinking, and problem- solving skills;
– High- energy, hardworking, progressive, and loves to communicate;
– Confident in engaging and communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and give the consult if needed;
– Able to manage challenging timelines and strong follow- up, strong sense of commitment to meet deadlines;
– At least 3 years of hands- on experience in full- cycle recruitment;
