Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu - Trading Staff (Import - Export)
Mô tả công việc
• Handle export shipping documentations such as Billing of Lading, Tax Invoices and Packing List.
• Deliver accurate trade information for monthly closing to Accounts.
• Review trade contracts and maintain updated information in the trading system.
• Provide support to Export Sales Team and other administrative duties when assigned.
• To handle compaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints
• Foster the business with our existing customers and develop new business opportunities
• Understand and follow up customer’s need and provide good customer services
• Coordinate and assist Sales Manager in preparing quotations/proposals as per customers
• Follow up the enquiries, quotations from customer to ensure no missing requests
• To liaise with forwarders and shipping agents on delivery and shipment schedule.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• International Trade/Import Export major graduate, or related International Trade, Import- Export experience
• Passionate and enjoy serving clients / Self motivated person
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS- Office Package(Excel)
• Experience on retail or F&B(Foods & Beverages) industry is a plus
• Company nearby residence is preferred
• Minimum 2- 3 years of working experience for retail, Export- Import business
• Customer service oriented

• Salary (gross) : 9- 11 million VND (probation period (85%) 2 month)
• Working Date : Mon- Sat (Sat is flexible)
