Night Shift/English Speaking Negotiator Specialist

It’s typically used by consumers who are experiencing financial hardship and can’t keep up with minimum payments. Rather than paying the full balance, the goal is to reach an agreement to pay a reduced lump sum or structured payments.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with creditors to negotiate/agree upon a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged- off accounts on behalf of our clients.Analyzing customer profiles and identifying the conditions required for the best agreement for the customer, following company guidelines (training will be provided upon employment).Collecting and submitting necessary documents provided by customers.Checking, reviewing files, and contacting the responsible person at the bank to explain and present the reasons of the customer for approving specific support programs offered exclusively for the customer.Informing customers about the offers provided by the bank.Persuading customers to follow the bank&039;s plan to receive the best benefits.Coordinating with departments (Sales, Customer Service, Billing, etc.) to address customer inquiries when needed.Performing other tasks as required by management.
Debt settlement is the process of negotiating with creditors to reduce the total amount owed.

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Negotiator or related positions: Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Processor Representative, Client Relationship, BPO Agent, Credit Consultant,...
Preference given to candidates who are international students from English- speaking countries or have previously lived in the US/UK.
Age: 18- 35 years old, good health and willing to work night shift.
Fluency in English, accent US (work with customers/partners and banks in the US, work with English 100%, IELTS 7.0 or above/equivalent).
Must be highly self- motivated, able to work independently, and make sharp, results- driven decisions under pressure and tight deadlines. A strong sense of urgency and commitment to hitting KPIs is non- negotiable.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

Have previously worked with US banks.
Can start working immediately, attend interviews, and start work promptly.
Have previous experience working in banks/financial organizations and possess a solid understanding of customer service practices.
