JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in Hiring Process:

Support the HR team in scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases;
Participate in initial candidate screening and coordination of interview processes.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on suitable platforms;

Assist in Paperwork:

Support to prepare and manage employee records and documents;
Support to prepare paperwork for employees: Offer letter, Contract and Annex.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing welcome packages, conducting inductions, etc;

Assist in HR Operations:

Support the HR team in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Google suite;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Current or recent enrollment in a related Bachelor&039;s degree;
