The NPD Specialist will be responsible for managing the development and launch of new flexible packaging products in our company; conducting market research, developing product concepts, collaborating with cross- functional teams; conducting product testing and validation, managing the commercialization process, and monitoring product performance in the market, responsible for managing the development of new packaging solutions.
• Initiate development ideas for new products to the Sales Department based on the customers&039; and consumers&039; requirements. Develop with other business units&039; internal standards and specifications.
• Create solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Responsible for the operations of the NPD department to achieve the business objectives with the best efficiency in terms of quality, expenses, and resources.
• To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward "safely producing the highest quality products and complying with legal requirements".
• Build up a confidential system for developing products and specifications.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and then coordinate with cross- functional teams to design and produce the packaging.

Qualification: University

Experience: > 3 years
Other:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
Effective English communication and writing skills with an external partner (overseas customers, suppliers)
Strong project management skills (resources, timing, etc.)
Capable of working under duress and collaborating with a team to achieve the best results
Experience with flexible packaging product launch and commercialization processes
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g. packaging engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, business administration)
Leadership: Interpersonal Skills, good communication, well- organized person, passionate, result- oriented
Solid understanding of general system management (BRC, ISO, HACCP, ISCC, etc.)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical expertise in flexible packaging design, development, and testing
Knowledge of customer requirement, Packaging, Polymer science, packaging machinery process is a must
Excellent communication and problem- solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams and external customers, suppliers.
