NSM – National Sales Manager

- Develop and implement national sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Distributor Manager to plan production and import schedules aligned with market demand.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to identify strategic products for business development.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and product coverage goals.
- Manage ASM/RSM teams and indirectly supervise Medical Representatives.
- Coordinate with Finance to manage allocated budgets effectively.
- Prepare regular and ad- hoc reports as required by the Manager
- Develop sales programs, incentive schemes, and reward policies for the Sales & Marketing teams.
- Provide regular market performance reports to the Representative Office or headquarters.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and equivalent position
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration.
- Good relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, honest
- Fluent English
