- Provide counseling services to employees based on personal data on the results of medical examinations.
- Develop and implement a health care program for employees.
- If there is a large number of employees moving to a picnic, athletic meet, or volunteer activity, they should be provided with a first aid kit.
- Conduct regular health check- ups for employees in conjunction with designated hospitals; The results of the medical examination shall be kept for five years from the date of examination in accordance with the document management regulations.
- Investigate trends in employee outbreaks and corporal accidents to determine what is necessary for their health and safety.
- Periodically check and fill the first aid kits with the required amount of medication and tools.
- Recruitment physical examination
- Record the incident record card for the illness that occurred during the work: report to the safety management department and human resources manager if necessary.
- In case of sickness related to compensation for industrial accidents, the staff will be assisted and opinions will be provided to confirm the facts.
- Establish operating budgets for health care rooms and operate according to approved budgets: Purchase standing medicines and necessary equipment according to the determined budget.
- In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, special health checkups and work environment measurements shall be conducted twice a year in connection with relevant institutions.

- College graduate or equivalent: major in nursing or related field
- Rich knowledge of health and nursing
- Working experience in a hospital or medical institution
- Knowledge of overall hotel operations
