Summary:
Reporting directly to the O2O Operations Manager, the role emphasizes tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics, while also overseeing essential tasks like budget management, content strategy, process optimization, and team coordination. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial plans and sustained digital growth.
This role plays a pivotal part in managing and optimizing digital performance across Tiktok Shop, executed by external partners.
· Reporting directly to: O2O Operations Manager
· Working location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCM
· High frequency of interaction: External Partners, Livestream Team, Cross Function.
Commercial Planning:
· Generate new ideas for growth and implement A/B testing strategies.
· Develop monthly commercial plans to drive revenue on TikTok Shop
· Create, adjust, and align realistic plans with stakeholders (CLPs, Tiktok, Sales team, brand team, O2O team…)
· Propose budget needed to realize commercial Growth plan across different Brands and take feedback to adjust from O2O Operations Manager, Brand team, Agency, Platform.
Execution
· Oversee daily operations, resource management, and ensure smooth execution.
Identify problems and risk blocking execution speed, inform O2O Operations Manager and suggest solutions.
Leverage key tools, stay updated on channel algorithms and enhancements, master tactics, and implement changes to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
· Review performance to engage key stakeholders (Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing).
· Manage people & be aware team&039;s pressure and capacity to realign and motivate people around and within team.
· Ensure alignment on commercial plans and execution updates.
Tech Automation
· Optimize user journeys and key touchpoints.
· Automate campaigns & always- on sales performance.
· Contribute to scaling CLPs on TikTok and Facebook.
Process
· Design, develop, and refine SOPs for channel management.
Content
· Coordinate content requirements with the Content Lead.
· Provide direction for organic and paid content strategies.
Team management
Oversee Assistant Streamer team and act as the key liaison with the O2O Operations Manager, providing timely updates by consolidating team responses.
