Ocean Freight Customer Service Team Leader

Manage booking system to receive EDI booking from customer
Upsell and cross sell base on relationship with current customer and own relationship
Be responsible for balance workload among team, Build and run frequent shipment control and performance management reports to ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.
Other works arranged by direct manager
Proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
Implement and deploy Customer SOP, IOP. Manage team to reach customer KPI base on instruction of KAM, reduce risk and potential claims.
Billing checking, confirmation with overseas
Manage daily booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc and
Booking creation in specified system, update report
Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service

Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Well operation knowledge, good experience in shipping, forwarding, and fluent English.
More than 5 years manage 4PL/consolidation; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
Knowledge of ocean cargo process flow.
Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, responsible, active.
Bachelor Degree or above
