* Office Service and Management
- Partner with HR for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way.
- Propose, plan and beautify outer parameters with plants and decorations.
- Management of Reception, Showroom, Kitchen, and Drivers
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and be the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Design and implement filing systems. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
- Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
- Oversee the 5s and safety compliance of the company.
- Coach, mentor, and discipline office staff.
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff. Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance.
- Establish and monitor procedures for record- keeping. Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Internal Affairs
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
- Improve soft skills through English and presentation lessons.
- Suggest and implementation of personal development for key managers and employees.
- Arrange for special occasions (i.e. birthdays, luncheons, parties etc.)
- Ensure company dress code is enforced.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
- Responsible for recruiting managers for the office and providing orientation and training to new managers.
- Create and conduct satisfaction surveys.

External Affairs
- Taking care of other public activities related to CanCham, AmCham and Euro Cham. Creating the relationship and giving such relationships to sales team;
- Organize monthly workshops and CSR activities;
- Develop core strategy to improve the brand marketing activity;
- Collaborate with Sales teams to implement marketing activities for promotional events;
- Plan and implement outreaching promotions based on the marketing strategy;
- Organize and plan to call donations for Dan On Foundation.
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
- Do market research & competitors analysis to update product trend and customer insights;
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Remain updated on technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, joining professional associations, building networks with fellow professionals, and reviewing of industry publications.
- Report business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues to brand;
- Write and edit PR contents: press release, newsletter, email marketing,…;
- Manage and improve the performance of social media channels (Website, Youtube,...) by creating and optimizing contents, replying to customers’ requests;
